Return and Refund Policy

At Uniqmag, we want you to shop with confidence. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, please review our Return and Refund Policy below.

Return Eligibility

You may request a return within 30 days from the date the last item in your order is delivered.

If the final day of the return period falls on a weekend or public holiday, the return deadline will be extended to the next business day.

To be eligible for a return, the item must:

  • Be unused, undamaged, and in its original condition;

  • Include its original packaging, accessories, manuals, and all other included components;

  • Be accompanied by valid proof of purchase, such as an order number or receipt.

You may inspect the product to the extent reasonably necessary to confirm its nature, features, and functionality. Products damaged through misuse, unauthorized modification, improper installation, accident, or improper handling may not be eligible for return or a full refund.

Non-Returnable Items

Unless otherwise required by applicable law, the following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Gift cards;

  • Complimentary gifts and promotional items;

  • Products marked as clearance or final sale;

  • Customized or personalized products;

  • Products damaged due to misuse, unauthorized modification, improper installation, or improper handling.

This does not affect your statutory rights regarding defective, damaged, or incorrectly supplied products.

Return Process

To request a return:

  1. Contact us at support@uniqmag.com and provide your order number, the item you wish to return, and the reason for the return.

  2. Wait for your return request to be approved. Once approved, we will provide return instructions and the applicable return address.

  3. Do not return a product without prior authorization. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted or processed.

  4. Unless the product is defective, damaged upon arrival, or incorrect due to our error, you are responsible for purchasing the return shipping label and paying all return shipping costs.

  5. Please use a trackable shipping service and retain your shipping receipt and tracking information. We are not responsible for return packages lost or damaged in transit when return shipping is arranged by the customer.

Uniqmag does not charge a restocking fee for eligible returns.

Refunds

After receiving and inspecting your returned product, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved or rejected.

If approved:

  • The refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5 business days after approval;

  • Your bank, card issuer, or payment provider may require additional time before the refund appears in your account;

  • Any discounts applied to the original order will be reflected in the refund amount.

Original shipping charges, expedited delivery fees, taxes, and duties are generally non-refundable unless:

  • The return results from a defective, damaged, or incorrect product supplied by us; or

  • A refund of these charges is required under applicable law.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, we reserve the right to reduce the refund amount if the returned product has been used beyond what is reasonably necessary for inspection, has missing components, or has been damaged through improper handling.

Order Cancellations

You may submit a cancellation request within 1 hour after placing your order, provided that the relevant items have not yet been fulfilled or shipped.

Submitting a cancellation request does not guarantee that the order can be cancelled. If the order has already entered processing, fulfillment, or shipment, we may be unable to cancel it.

If the cancellation is approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method. If the order has already been shipped, you may request a return after delivery in accordance with this policy.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges.

If you wish to replace an item with a different product, model, or variant, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.

This does not affect any right you may have to request a repair or replacement for a defective or incorrectly supplied product under applicable law.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products

If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please contact us as soon as possible at support@uniqmag.com.

Please provide:

  • Your order number;

  • A description of the issue;

  • Clear photos or videos of the product;

  • Photos of the outer and inner packaging, where applicable;

  • A photo of the shipping label, where applicable.

After reviewing your claim, we will provide an appropriate solution. Depending on the circumstances, this may include repair, replacement, refund, or reimbursement of reasonable return shipping costs.

Where required, this will be provided at no additional cost to you.

Please do not discard the product or its packaging before receiving instructions from us.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund after the stated processing period:

  1. Check your bank or payment account again.

  2. Contact your card issuer, bank, or payment provider, as additional processing time may apply.

  3. If you still have not received your refund, contact us at support@uniqmag.com.

Statutory Consumer Rights

This policy does not limit or exclude any mandatory consumer rights available under the laws applicable in your country or region.

Where applicable law provides additional rights, including a statutory right of withdrawal or a legal guarantee for defective goods, those rights will apply in addition to this policy.
