Eligibility for Returns

• You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
• To be eligible for a return, items must be:
  • Unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging;
  • Accompanied by a valid proof of purchase (order number or receipt).
• Items that are damaged due to misuse, modification, or improper handling are not eligible for return.

Non-Returnable Items

• Gift cards and promotional items;
• Clearance or final sale products;
• Customized or personalized products.

Return Process

1. Contact us at support@uniqmag.com with your order number and reason for return.
2. Once your request is approved, we will provide you with the return instructions and shipping address.
3. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
4. Please use a trackable shipping service; we are not responsible for lost return packages.

Refunds

• Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
• Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5 business days.
• Shipping fees, taxes, and duties are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
