FAQ

Find answers to the most frequently asked questions here.

Does the $5 deposit go toward the final purchase price?

No. The $5 deposit is not directly deducted from your Kickstarter pledge. When you back the Uniqmag MX10 on Kickstarter, you will pay the full Super Early Bird price. Within 3 weeks after the campaign ends. The $20 discount will be issued via PayPal.

When will the Uniqmag MX10 be officially launched?

The Uniqmag MX10 is scheduled for an official launch on Autumn 2026 on Kickstarter. We will keep you informed in advance.

How can I claim a refund?

Your $5 deposit is fully refundable at any time. If you decide not to proceed with your purchase — whether before or after the campaign launches, simply email us at uniqmag.official@gmail.com using the same email address you used to place your deposit, and we will process your full refund within 7 working days.

Why is it necessary to use the same email address for both the deposit and the final pledge on Kickstarter?

To ensure a smooth refund process, we will match your Kickstarter email address against our pre-order list to verify whether a deposit has been placed. Please make sure that the email address you use to pay the deposit is the same as the email address associated with your Kickstarter account.

Is there a limit to how many separate deposit orders a single backer can place?

Please place a separate deposit for each unit you intend to purchase. Each deposit applies to one Uniqmag MX10 only. If you wish to purchase two or more Uniqmag MX10, you will need to make multiple deposits accordingly.

What is the shipping time of the Uniqmag MX10?

The estimated delivery date is September 2026. Please note that you will receive your tracking number once your order has been shipped. Actual delivery times may vary depending on your shipping address and country.

What is the purpose of placing a deposit before the campaign officially launches?

By placing a deposit, you lock in an exclusive $20 reward that will be refunded to you after the campaign. This is the best deal available, exclusively for early backers.

Is the Uniqmag MX10 shipped worldwide?

We prioritize shipping to the US, Canada, EU, UK, Australia, and Japan. Shipping fees are not included for any destination. Other regions may be supported with additional fees. Please check availability at Kickstarter checkout when we launch.
