Does the $5 deposit go toward the final purchase price?

No. The $5 deposit is not directly deducted from your Kickstarter pledge. When you back the Uniqmag MX10 on Kickstarter, you will pay the full Super Early Bird price. Within 3 weeks after the campaign ends, your $5 deposit will be refunded to your original payment method.

When will the Uniqmag MX10 be officially launched?

The Uniqmag MX10 is scheduled for an official launch on September 2026 on Kickstarter. We will keep you informed in advance.

How can I claim a refund?

Your $5 deposit is fully refundable at any time. If you decide not to proceed with your purchase β€” whether before or after the campaign launches, simply email us at  using the same email address you used to place your deposit, and we will process your full refund within 7 working days.

Why is it necessary to use the same email address for both the deposit and the final pledge on Kickstarter?

To ensure a smooth refund process, we will match your Kickstarter email address against our pre-order list to verify whether a deposit has been placed. Please make sure that the email address you use to pay the deposit is the same as the email address associated with your Kickstarter account.

Is there a limit to how many separate deposit orders a single backer can place?
